Keyboard Shortcuts

Your Office AI keeps its shortcuts focused and predictable. This is the complete set — the keys below cover sending and composing, searching, moving through pickers and lists, and working through approvals.

ℹ️
A focused set, by design

Your Office AI does not have a sprawling global keymap or a command palette. The shortcuts here are the ones that exist; everything else is a click away.

Sending & composing

In the chat composer:

ShortcutWhat it does
EnterSend the message.
Shift + EnterInsert a line break without sending.
⌘ Enter / Ctrl + EnterSubmit — send the message or confirm the current action.
EscDismiss the open picker, panel, or dialog.

Context & mention pickers

Type # to add context (agents, prompts, knowledge, integrations, skills, memory) or @ to mention people and the AI. While a picker is open:

ShortcutWhat it does
/ Move the selection up or down the list.
Enter / TabChoose the highlighted item.
Page Up / Page DownJump a page through a long list.
Home / EndJump to the first or last item.
EscClose the picker without choosing.

2 / NReject the current request.
